did the insanity fit test…omg i just died.
i feel like i might have to work up to the insanity workout b/c that shit is no joke. i started breathing hard during the damn warm up. gosh i am so out of shape it’s not even funny. but i’m gonna try to mix this workout with yoga and walking and see how it goes. i’ll check back in soon
